The Cicerone Certification Program schedules Certified Cicerone® exams based on regional demand. We hold multiple exams around the world every month. We do not hold private exams. However, if you have a group of six or more individuals who would like to take the exam and have an available venue, we will schedule an exam for your group. We will give priority registration to your group, and then open registration to that exam to the general public at least six weeks before the exam date. If there is an exam date that indicates "xyz ONLY" in the dropdown menu that exam is currently in priority registration.

If you're looking to sign up for a specific date of the Certified Cicerone Exam, but don't see it in the dropdown menu this means the exam's registration is not open.
Why is it not open?
  • We list the upcoming confirmed exams before we open them. All exams listed on the schedule open at 12 noon CST on the date specified on the schedule.
  • We close all of our Certified Cicerone exams one week prior to the exam date, if they have not already closed because they are at capacity.
  • Exams close when they reach capacity. Capacity for each exam varies.
If you'd like to take an exam and you do not see it on the dropdown, please contact us.
