My Purchase Won't Go Through

We are often not informed of the exact reason a card is declined. 

The most common reason for a decline message is a problem with the billing address not matching the address information on file with the card-issuing bank. Often times this can be fixed with formatting your address like this: 4043 N Ravenswood Ste 306, Putting the suite/apartment number at the end of the address.  In addition, if you have moved recently, please try using your old address, as sometimes there can be a lag in updating and that will help the transaction to go through.

If you confirm the card is valid and the transaction still results in a decline, the cardholder will need to contact the card-issuing bank for more information.
