Basic Off-Flavor Courses/Seminars

Familiarization with common beer off flavors is an important key to success on the Certified Cicerone Tasting Exam.

At each class, six different common off flavors will be tasted. You must be of legal drinking age to attend. The seminar lasts approximately 1-1.5 hours. Off flavors presented will be those found on the Certified Cicerone syllabus: DMS, Diacetyl, Acetaldehyde, Trans-2-Nonenal, Lightstruck, and Infection.

NOTE: This seminar is non-transferable and non-refundable. Registration closes the day prior to each course, or when the course is full. Pre-registration is required, no tickets available at the door.
