Once a Certified Beer Server exam has been initiated it is not possible to pause the timer or restart the exam.
If you experience a technical issue or internet interruption during your attempt at the Certified Beer Server exam, please close out of the exam window and contact us at info@cicerone.org to determine next steps. We will review the circumstances with you and recommend a solution.
