  1. Have you created an account? If you haven't, begin here: cicerone.org/user/register

  2. Are you logged into your account? If you're not, login here: cicerone.org/user

  3. Have you purchased the Certified Beer Server exam? If you haven't, purchase the exam here: cicerone.org/products/certified-beer-server-exam

    • Do you have a coupon code for the exam provided by your employer or school? View the redemption instructions here.

  4. Have you taken and passed the required Cicerone Certification Program Knowledge Pre-test? If you haven't, look for a link to the pre-test under the Your Stuff section of your My Account page

    • Once you've passed the pre-test with a score of 100% a link to the Certified Beer Server exam will appear on your My Account page.
